The Process

Once you decide to work with Adecco and if you live in the United States, you'll either need to start the process online or visit one of more than 900 offices in North America. You can search online at the top of the Adecco website. Once you find a job title that interests you, you can click on that and find a job summary which includes information about whether the job is temporary or permanent, the category it falls into, and the date it was posted.

You'll also get a job description that includes job duties, length of time the company needs someone to fill the position, hours you'll be expected to work, educational and experience requirements, and the type of environment you can expect. You will also get a contact name within Adecco.

What you will not find is the name of the employer. You will have to contact Adecco for that information, then be interviewed by them in order to determine whether you would be a good fit for the company whose ad you viewed. If you apply online, you can upload your resume and answer a few questions. You may then be contacted by an Adecco representative.
